Since launching in June 2022, we now have a cohort of 25+ non-profit leaders and service providers in the West Oakland community. All cohort participants completed a comprehensive 1-week professional development series "Power Up" capacity -building sessions (topics: Non-Profit Formation/Compliance; Budget Development; Program Design; and Fund Development/Grant Solicitation); and are currently receiving 1:1 coaching on the implementation of their organizational enhancement plans.
