C4ES NOW

Since launching in June 2022, we have over 35 cohort alumni, comprised of non-profit leaders and service providers in the West Oakland community. All cohort participants completed a comprehensive 1-week professional development series, "Power Up" capacity-building sessions (topics: Non-Profit Formation/Compliance; Budget Development; Program Design; and Fund Development/Grant Solicitation). Cohorts I and II received 1:1 coaching; cohorts III and IV participated in an accelerated/guided independent study experience. Network members are currently receiving ongoing support and technical assistance regarding the implementation of their organizational enhancement plans.
