Capacity 4 Equity & success (C4ES)
West Oakland
The Capacity for Equity and Success (C4ES) is a pilot project created by Alameda County Healthcare Services Agency, Board of Supervisors Member Keith Carson, in partnership with Exceptional Community Connections, LLC. C4ES will provide technical assistance and capacity-building support for community-based service providers serving children, youth, and families in the West Oakland community (zip codes 94607, 94608, and 94612). The goal is to increase the capacity of small and emerging non-profit organizations to successfully apply for and secure public and private grant funds.
